dusty surfaces poor soundproofing
i found a couple of issues . the lack of cleanliness was noticeable (especially the dusty surfaces in the room). i also expected better soundproofing (i could hear noise from neighboring rooms).

a stay that was just... there
unclean floor terrible service
the location was alright, near the u-bahn, which i suppose is something.
My room apparently skipped housekeeping school. The floor wasn't clean and bins overflowed. also, getting extra towels reminded me of pulling teeth. I asked the front desk, and they left them by the entrance near my coats. it wasn't exactly the service i was hoping for.

good bedding excellent presentation warm air long walk
the room was spacious. i found the bedding to be of good quality. the room had excellent presentation and variety of food at breakfast.
the air conditioning only blew out very warm air. it seemed like a sauna. the rooms were very far from the lifts i had to walk a while to get to it.

the beds were comfy, i will give them that. the bar and restaurant looked pretty good too
My biggest issue was the poor cleaning. Certain spots were missed entirely. after a long day, i expect a cleaner room but this wasn't what i found

easy transportation outdoor space convenient supermarket
The metro station is close. the room had a balcony. It provided a nice outdoor space. i found a supermarket conveniently attached to the hotel.
The shower door did not open fully. It was a bit of a squeeze.
