the breakfast had good quality and variety. i found the staff to be nice.

the spa and pool were unavailable, so i received spa vouchers and transportation to another spa. This was really inconvenient. i also could not drop off luggage in front of the hotel, as only cars with permits are allowed.

The room provided a haven with its heated floors a gift to bare feet. I especially appreciated the customer service. Even the in-room coffee tasted superb. The superb dinner at the restaurant felt special, a memory I treasure. Breakfast included omelettes prepared to order, and the gym facilities and spa added to the luxurious feel.

The coffee machine in the room was not working and remained unrepaired during the entire stay.
