separate bath complimentary water convenient location
The room featured both a separate bath and shower. The hotel provided complimentary bottles of water in the room along with a fridge. I found the location great because it was close to the train station.
The parking was expensive!

middling experience, some issues
the location was alright, pretty close to what i needed.
the noise was irritating. the room itself wasnt that clean. dust was visible on surfaces, and the bathroom fixtures looked old and worn.

the breakfast had good quality and variety. i found the staff to be nice.
the spa and pool were unavailable, so i received spa vouchers and transportation to another spa. This was really inconvenient. i also could not drop off luggage in front of the hotel, as only cars with permits are allowed.

Enchanting Escape
heated floors excellent service superb dinner luxurious feel
The room provided a haven with its heated floors a gift to bare feet. I especially appreciated the customer service. Even the in-room coffee tasted superb. The superb dinner at the restaurant felt special, a memory I treasure. Breakfast included omelettes prepared to order, and the gym facilities and spa added to the luxurious feel.
The coffee machine in the room was not working and remained unrepaired during the entire stay.
