The young staff were fantastic and professional. Reshad welcomed me warmly and showed me everything I needed. The family-like atmosphere was very appealing. The rooms have an oriental style.
The central heating system in my room could not be turned off. The room had no real window facing the outside, just one to the corridor, and it became unbearable at night. I found it hot and stuffy.

The hotel is in the old city. A taxi can stop nearby. The hotel is not far from the concert hall and other interesting places, I found it easy to reach!

The hotel provided water daily. There were also instant coffee and tea bags available every day. This was a welcome and convenient addition to the room service provided to guests.

The rooftop terrace offers views of the city. I enjoyed the views. I found a spacious shower in my room and this hotel includes all amenities needed, it was clean!

the staff was so kind, attending to every need i could imagine, especially nariman, he was a true gem. our room, room 7, had a tasteful style with character. fresh towels looked daily like magic. water, it reminded me of a dream.
