Acceptable Bedding, but Several Issues

The bedding was stylish and comfortable.
Our room had a noticeable smell. Staff did not come promptly after we reported the issue. They took nearly half an hour. They never resolved the problem. I had to tolerate the unpleasant odor for the entire stay.

The room included a large bath (perfect for relaxation). Champagne room service was prompt and efficient. Staff members were helpful and always available. The rooftop bar offered a sensational atmosphere.

the reception staff were helpful (they helped me with directions). i used the secure parking, really convenient. the restaurant was excellent. i ate there both nights.
the walk from the car park to the hotel entrance required navigating the street with luggage, it was slightly inconvenient.
