The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. The staff at the reception were very generous and kind. The location is good, only a 5-7 minute walk from the Triangeln metro station. A bus station sits directly in front of the hotel (very convenient!).
The lack of drinks facilities in the room was slightly inconvenient.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance. They were helpful with directions and local information (always a plus). The daily room service maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The hotel is situated close to the city center, with access to many attractions. I found it easy to walk to various shops and restaurants. The proximity to public transportation is definitely beneficial.

the room lacked basic amenities, no fridge. the inability to open the windows made it stuffy. the lack of a phone to call the reception was a huge inconvenience!!!
