heated pool full kitchen
I found the heated pool very relaxing for socializing. It had a good temperature. my bungalow also had everything i needed in the kitchen.
the hotel is quiet, though it is a bit of a walk to the yumbo center.

I found the staff helpful . The team answered all my questions and provided useful tips. My bungalow was cleaned meticulously every other day. The pool area was great. I loved the jacuzzi.

The location offers convenient access to nearby amenities. A supermarket is within a short walk, I found this very useful. The Yumbo Centre is accessible by foot in around 20 minutes.

friendly owners modern facilities safe environment fingerprint door
The owners were very friendly and inclusive. the facilities was modern and well maintained. the staff was cute, and this created a safe environment. i appreciated the electronic door locks that used fingerprints. This feature increased security.
I noticed the pool could use a bit more frequent cleaning. Some leaves were present on a couple of occasions.

Michael and gleb were professional and friendly. They took great care of me. antonio, the owner, was also very friendly and cute. He ensured i felt comfortable throughout my stay. the reception and bar staff were very attentive and eager to help with anything i needed.

The location provided convenient access to nearby amenities. A supermarket was around the corner. yumbo centre was also within a reasonable walking distance. the bungalows were situated in a quiet neighborhood. This.

my room featured a quite complete kitchen. it was equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator. the kitchen also included an oven, providing options for preparing meals.

My superior bungalow included air conditioning with heating functionality. This allowed for climate control. the room contained a big television. the bungalow was super clean. Cleaning staff kept it tidy. the bungalow also included a hairdryer and an ironing board.

underwhelming stay , some issues
dirty door frames towel replacement
My bungalow was not as clean as i expected. the kitchenette door frames were visibly dirty. i also found it inconvenient that i had to specifically request fresh towels. Normally , placing used towels on the floor signals a need for replacement , but that wasn't the case here.

friendly staff pleasant temperature open gate security issue
The staff was very great. The pool was maintained at a pleasant temperature of 32C (perfect for a relaxing swim).
The front gate was sometimes left open at night. This allowed anyone to wander around the hotel, (which concerned me).

excellent getaway
heated pool daily cleaning attentive staff
i was pleased with how warm the swimming pool was. it felt great at a constant 32c temperature. the daily cleaning service for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom was excellent. i found the staff very attentive and friendly with a relaxing atmosphere.
the electronic door locks had some glitches.

this hotel includes a heated swimming pool kept clean regularly, so it is available for use almost all the time. a jacuzzi is also on the premises but it closes relatively early, specifically at 7 pm.

the bungalow has a kitchenette which has all the essentials needed for cooking. tupperware is available for storing food so i didn't have to worry about buying containers. a supermarket is nearby making it easy to purchase groceries.
