uneven experience
the location proved convenient, offering easy access to disney world.
the free shuttle service was quite disappointing, its schedule didn't align well with the park hours. we had to rely on uber.

comfortable beds blackout curtains great location
I got a tower room. The location was farthest from the elevators, just as I requested! The room had blackout curtains, and it got very dark. This was great for sleeping. The beds were super comfortable..

The hotel features multiple pools for recreation. I saw a large outdoor chess set that kids seemed to adore. there is a mini golf course for family fun.

excellent breakfast free shuttle long distance empty machine
the breakfast was excellent. it included a variety of options. the hotel offered a free shuttle to the disney monorail. it was convenient for visiting the parks.
the room was quite far from the reception. i had to carry my bags a long distance. the coffee machine was often empty. it mainly contained ice cubes instead of water.

inconsistent cleanliness and music issues
the location was close to disney world. the hotel also had a shuttle to seaworld and disney.
The music from the courtyard was very loud. It continued for hours past 10 pm. i had to call the front desk, and it still took more than 10 minutes to turn it off. it was annoying, especially after a long day.

convenient disney access!
clean room comfortable bed
i stayed in a room that was very clean. i also found the beds to be very comfortable. it was really convenient that walmart and starbucks were nearby. the sundry shop in the lobby was a nice touch too.

two restaurants were conveniently located in the lobby. there were plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. plus, there's a starbucks located right behind the hotel. the food was AMAZING!!!
