I found the staff very helpful . They provided a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The building has been renovated to a high standard while maintaining its original features. I appreciated the central location as it made access easy.
The hotel entrance was a bit difficult to find from the street.

anna and ester at reception treated me with kindness and provided extra details and welcome gifts. they always wore huge smiles! the room was spacious and clean, providing everything i needed for a pleasant stay. the location is excellent too, i had no problems to reach the main spots.
i noticed a slight musty odor in the bathroom at times, but it was very minor and didn't significantly affect my overall stay.

the room was beautiful! it featured stylish décor and plenty of space to relax. there were two separate sinks in the bathroom, this was convenient. the bedding felt luxurious and ensured restful sleep.

the hotel is very centrally located. the toledo road location put me in the heart of the city, but the room remained quiet. access to the metro is only a five minute walk, this made exploring very easy.
