perfect location and facilities
clean pack comfortable bed easy access helpful staff
The apartment had everything we needed. it came with a clean pack with dishwasher tabs, cleaning liquid and degreaser. beds were comfortable. i stayed on the third floor. It was perfect for access to the ski shop and gondola. staff were helpful from the start of my trip to the very end.
The heating randomly blasts in intervals throughout the night. There was no way to stop it. the flat itself is very basic.

The swimming pool and sauna are good. a car park is available underneath the hotel. bread and pastries get delivered to the apartment each morning. This is a great feature.

reception staff was helpful and always at hand to help with any queries. pool towels are available on request. staff was very straight forward and ensured everything was enjoyable.
