a mixed experience, some positives, some negatives
faulty tv remote noisy air conditioning
The pool area was a nice space. It was generally kept clean.
The safe in our cabin did not work and the tv remote was also faulty. I wasn't too concerned about those issues. the air conditioning was quite noisy making it hard to sleep at night. we had self catering facilities, though there was only a kettle and fridge and the hob did not work.

helpful team super clean pool convenient location
The reception staff booked all my trips and arranged the pick-ups at the front gate. The pool area was super clean. The location was near the town center.

The staff was super helpful and booked all my trips for me. The trips included pick-up and drop-off right at the front gate. The pool and poolside bar were great, and everything was spotlessly clean.
The room was very dimly lit, and there were no working sockets near the bed. The kitchen facilities were minimal. There was a kettle, hob, and fridge, but the freezer didn't work. The kettle lead was too short to reach the only socket, and the hob lacked utensils.
