Charming Oasis of Calm
fresh fruit friendly service perfect service
Breakfast included fresh fruit and tasty homemade treats. delicious coffee. I found the service both warm and friendly. It resembled staying with family. The front desk, management, and kitchen staff all provided perfect and extraordinary service.
Paying the city tax required cash, slightly inconvenient.

The location provides convenient access to the heart of the medina, with a short walk to the drop-off point. The hotel is situated in a respectable and safe area, a few blocks from the bustling Medina.

Staff members were very responsive to our needs, assisting quickly with requests for tea, coffee, and water. They offered recommendations and made restaurant bookings. Some staff greeted guests where the taxi dropped them off and walked them back at departure.
