The riad had a beautiful terrace where breakfast was served. It felt romantic. the staff was kind, always ready to help, we felt at home. ilyas deserves special thanks for his professionalism. mustapha's sympathy during breakfast made our mornings lovely.
Our room faced the ground floor, it was quite humid, and we always had to keep the window open. It wasn't ideal to maintain privacy and cleanliness.

the staff was kind. they gave tea on arrival. the map explanation was helpful. the staff addressed my payment concerns well. they let me pay with cash when the sign said no cash payments.
My room lacked a window, except in the bathroom. I was unable to find my room on any website. the bed felt too hard. the shower temperature fluctuated often.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. they promptly arranged a same-day transfer, a service i definitely needed! as a solo traveler, the level of comfort and safety i experienced really stood out to me, it was something i was concerned about. the hotel was super clean and well-organized, i really appreciate it.
I noticed the pool area needed a little sprucing up. It wasn't as inviting as the rest of the hotel.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in the room. That was appreciated.
The breakfast was definitely a letdown. I was given a salad, and there was nothing to eat it with. No savory options were available on the table. The jams were in very small portions. Just two tiny spoonfuls of each. It was more like a breakfast for one, not for two people.
