the staff was very helpful and kind. they accommodated all our needs. breakfast was yummy, and the portions were a good size (especially the orange juice). i was very happy with the overall stay.
the room i had was only adequate. it was quite small with some issues. the shower was not great and flooded the bathroom each time i used it.

The staff was very helpful and provided maps, also shared taxi fare expectations. They helped arrange trips. The roof terrace was pleasant. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping staff.
The bathroom was a bit small, with limited space for toiletries.

The staff helped arrange trips. ourika valley and dinner in the agafay desert became lovely memories. ismail and sayed assisted us throughout our stay. They took excellent care of us.
The bathroom was in poor condition and smelled badly. It smelled of mold.

authentic charm and really good service

our room was kept super clean and smelt amazing. the riad is located perfectly. it was only a few minutes' walk from jemaa el-fnaa. the moroccan-style breakfast was really good, it had fresh flavors. we enjoyed lunch by the serene pool.
the riad was slightly noisy, i could hear some street sounds occasionally.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to local attractions. It is near the medina and within a short walking distance of jemaa el-fnaa square, which greatly enhanced my exploration. i safe area.

The superior double room was spacious and well kept. The air conditioning was effective, the room was really clean and all the details were clearly considered. the hotel uses orange blossom to keep it smelling fresh.

the breakfast included traditional moroccan options. everything was cooked fresh and tasted wonderful. i had a delicious lunch by the pool, the fresh mint tea was also lovely.
