beautiful riad with great staff

welcome tea delicious breakfast green room

The hotel staff were very cute and lovely. i received a tour of the riad and a welcome tea upon arrival. the breakfast was also delicious. I wish i could have stayed longer. we stayed in the green room.

I noticed the hotel did not include water bottles in the room. I would have appreciated that addition.

the riad boasts traditional moroccan artwork. the outdoor areas provided spaces to relax and enjoy the views. the riad had a lively courtyard that added to the ambiance of the place.

the location was great, right in the middle of the souks. it was on a peaceful road, despite being in the heart of the medina. this allowed easy access to various attractions while maintaining a quiet atmosphere.

slow breakfast inadequate soundproofing

The breakfast service was quite slow. I often waited an unreasonable time for simple requests. furthermore, the room lacked adequate soundproofing. I was frequently disturbed by noise from the courtyard and adjacent rooms. these issues detracted from the overall experience. i think management should check these problems.

sewage smell poor attitude

The location was acceptable. It was near the square.

The bathroom smelled terribly of sewage, a disgusting smell. it, not acceptable, especially considering the price. also, the night staff member acted like we were children. I didn't appreciate his attitude.
