fantastic locationnearby attractionskind stafflate check-insmall family roommalfunctioning air conditioning

the location is fantastic i could easily visit all d-day beaches. the hotel sits beautifully on sword beach with attractions and a freshwater pool nearby for children. breakfast was also great it had many options. i also appreciated the kind staff at the reception

check-in was not until 4pm this seemed late for a 4-star hotel. the family room was small and did not match the photos i saw when i booked it. the air conditioning did not work so i had to sleep with the window open it kept banging shut during the night
