humiliating systemtasteless restaurants
I had issues with the restaurant reservation system, it felt humiliating! The delicious free restaurant seemed impossible to book. Staff claimed it was full even when tables remained empty. Paid restaurants were very tasteless. Plus, getting to the beach required a motorboat, because the hotel beach was dirty with yachts.

The hotel offers a sea shuttle service to a secret beach. the beach has excellent sand, location, and water. the hotel has two separate pools. One is a seawater pool, and another is a regular freshwater pool. the pools are amazing.
the path through the resort is used by marina workers on mopeds.

The staff were attentive and kind! i felt pampered. the secret beach had clear waters, a beach bar, and an a la carte restaurant. the grounds were immaculate and the cleaning was constant. I was like i was in paradise.
some of the towels and sheets were old. it would be great with new updates.

the breakfast buffet was fresh with a large choice available i loved the made-to-order omlettes. the staff were very friendly and attended to every need they were visible around the resort. the resort was a short 25min car journey from the airport.
the rooms were outdated i noticed during the rains, water poured in from under the doors. guest relations were not helpful i thought mr maher made everything complicated. it was not easy to find reservations in restaurants.

I must say, my stay had some issues. The room I got looked quite dated. During a rainstorm, water actually came in under the door, it flooded part of the room. That was certainly not a highlight.

The room was spacious with a separate seating area and a large balcony. The rainfall shower was a welcome addition. The bed was comfortable. I found daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness (they always restocked toiletries).
The gym equipment could benefit from some updating.

A Romantic Escape

I adored the attentive staff and the luxurious atmosphere on the beach. The interactions with local cats were good. I appreciated the convenience of the private boats. The experiences they offered were lovely. I also enjoyed the beachside bar. I found the drinks quite refreshing.
I noticed our drinks and plates were cleared prematurely on several occasions. It happened even when it was clear we were still enjoying our time. I found this wasteful and disruptive. It also contradicted good hospitality.
