The staff was helpful and the building IS lovely. The location is amazing and near the promenade. It was very scenic. the rooms were spacious.
The top room lacked one blind. It was too bright to sleep WELL.

I appreciated the helpful, friendly staff. Their customer service stood out. the location was ideal for accessing the train station, town, and beach. i found it good value overall, even considering some minor issues. the building had great views.
the decor felt very dated. some furniture seemed quite old. modernizing the rooms could enhance the experience further, though the building is fantastic

The hotel provides a gated car park. It is a bonus. the building itself is historic and well kept! the free parking and views of the sea and marina, are nice additions. it has ample secure parking on site.

staff were very cute and informative. the staff take huge pride in the club and its hospitality. customer service was helpful, friendly, and was so great! other hotels could learn a lot from their service.

the staff were friendly. the building features beautiful decor with period touches. the room was super clean and a good size. ample secure free parking existed on site.
the building lacks a tv in the room, only a communal tv exists. the furniture has clearly seen better days. this is a shame since the building is a fantastic asset.
