the location was convenient. it was a few minutes walk away from the train station and town centre.
i didn't like the pillows on the bed. i found them too hard. we found the bathroom to be far too small. there were also stains on the bedroom carpet. it was not a pleasant experience.

the room was clean, which i appreciated.
The bathroom was quite small. It felt cramped. additionally, the walls seemed thin because i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. This made it hard to relax. the lack of soundproofing was disappointing, though.

Location was very convenient with included parking. The room had a generous size with daily replenishments of tea, coffee, and biscuits. The manager was friendly and accommodating, she helped us with anything we needed.
Pillows on bed feels too hard for me. I found the bathroom be far too small.
