fantastic stay!
great location private pool relaxing experience
the location is ideal. it is at one end of many shops, various bars, massage spots, and restaurants. our room included a private pool. It offered a view of the beach and provided a relaxing experience for some days.
the hotel bar closed early. i wanted drinks there in the evening, but it was closed.

the team handled every request with attention. they provided GREAT assistance and showed politeness at all times. every member was always willing to assist and resolve any issue.

the breakfast offered many options. There were both thai and continental choices. i ATE dinner a couple of times at the beach bar. the beach bar meal tasted very good.

our room was big. the room included complimentary fruit upon arrival. the bathroom was also quite large and well appointed. amenities were provided daily and were plentiful.

insufficient room cleaning high price
I found some issues . the room cleaning was not up to par. It seemed like they only made the bed and changed towels. i had to clean the floors myself using used towels, quite disappointing. the price felt a bit high considering the overall cleanliness.

The beach directly accessible from the hotel was amazing, with the softest sand. I could hear the ocean waves from my room. Breakfast included a LOT of choices. The local cuisine was a definite highlight (I ate a lot!).

the hotel arranged an airport pickup for us in their minibus the garden villa pool room was fabulous i had a very large bedroom and a huge bathroom the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the beach was lovely the hotel location allowed for sunbeds availability supermarket access restaurants and transport options nearby. the main part of town was a half hour walk that was easily accessible
the bar closed relatively early at 10 pm i would have liked an option for a late night drink back at the hotel

This hotel offered a room with direct pool access, wonderful. The water temperature was just right. I found the pool bar very convenient and the prices were reasonable! Our room was always clean, and we received two fresh bottles of water each day, which I appreciated. The beach remained quiet and clean .
The breakfast was average, and I noticed the resort looks a bit dated. It is not new.
