excellent stay in a quiet oasis!

friendly staff lush garden clean pool green grass
The staff were prompt and accommodating ! a gentleman greeted me with a smile after i crossed the yellow bridge. upon checkout, they helped with suitcases to mushroom bay for the ferry to sanur. This was very helpful. the gardens were maintained so clean and tidy! i relaxed under palm trees near the pool on the lush green grass.
the food was average at best, and the breakfast options were limited. the walk to the restaurant from the rooms was a bit of a challenge.

Breakfast is served near the beach, so the views are beautiful! the restaurant offers a selection of local dishes, so trying new things is easy. the bar has happy hour specials each evening. The cocktails are very nice!!!

The superior bungalow pool view features a comfortable bed with mosquito nets. air conditioning and a fan were in the room. This kept it cool. the private balcony offers a great space to relax, so that was great!!!

the hotel is near mushroom bay beach, so accessing the sand is easy. local restaurants and shops are within a short walk. a mini mart is next door, so getting necessities is convenient.

average stay with some issues

dated bathroom leaky toilet
the staff seemed understaffed. it was often difficult to find someone when i needed assistance. (it was like i was bothering them sometimes) the room i had was not well-sealed. mosquitoes were a constant problem, particularly in the evenings. i also noticed that the bathroom was quite dated, with some staining and a leaky toilet. this definitely impacted my experience.

lovely stay near mushroom bay

beach proximity beautiful gardens comfortable bed
i appreciated the close proximity to the beach. the tropical setting created a peaceful atmosphere. the gardens around the hotel were well maintained and beautiful. i found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable.
the bathroom was slightly old, but it was clean.

the family villa included interconnecting doors, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. the villa was spacious enough to comfortably fit two adults and three children. the outdoor bathroom was particularly enjoyable, especially since it was kept very clean.

the pool area featured lush green grass and palm trees, ideal. two hammocks were available near the pool. a filtering water machine was available to use at any time (very convenient!).
