the location was good for accessing the cruise port. the breakfast had freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide selection. room service delivered food in the evening..
my room had very soft beds, not comfortable for me. the towels felt old. the elevators were small and there were high stairs.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. i got an upgraded room that had a bathtub. i got complimentary wine and cookies as a gift! breakfast had good value.
the elevator felt outdated and the doors looked old. the a/c unit on the balcony looked weird for smokers. it was a little inconvenient.

The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The included breakfast offered a decent selection, I especially liked fresh fruit. The staff answered all my questions, and I felt very supported .
The elevators look a bit old. The doors operation seems outdated.

The staff was indeed helpful and kind. i easily walked to the port. It was a short walk. the location was great and the price seemed like a good value.
