The location was quite convenient. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants from the beach. Breakfast was quite good. I even received a room upgrade. The hotel offered this. The bed was excellent, and room facilities were very convenient.
I found ants in my room. They were on the floor, in the closet, and in the shower. I reported this several times. The hotel did not address the problem until the end of my stay. I had issues with the iron. It was broken, and I repeatedly requested a replacement.

the location was acceptable, being near the beach.
the reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. when i asked for milk for tea, i was told it would cost extra. this is unusual for a five star hotel, and the manager did not offer any courtesy.
