The hotel location was convenient, close to the beach and pier. I viewed Snowdonia from my room, it was amazing. The airy dining room was lovely for my breakfast. I was very happy with cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
The shower took a little while to get hot, but it was worth the wait.

the location was great! it was a short walk to the promenade and beach. the room was also clean and tidy
The shower was not very good, and the bed was a little hard. It wasn't the most comfortable. the room showed signs of leakage from the roof at some point, too.

i liked the place location near the tram. the decor seemed lovely. the room sizes were good and breakfast had a excellent quality. staff was helpful.
i stayed on the fourth floor and i had to run the shower for a bit to get hot water. i was not told this upon arrival so i wish i knew earlier.

the location was acceptable. it was near amenities.
the shower was a real problem. i had to let it run for ages to get hot water. this wasn't mentioned when i arrived and it was really annoying.

Our 'Double Room Private Bathroom' was on the top floor. The shower had VERY low pressure. The bed was too firm, and I found it hard to sleep soundly.
