I found the room VERY spacious. The bed was comfortable. I REALLY liked the welcome drink. Staff members were available when needed, THAT'S a BIG PLUS.
I did notice some party music in the background. it was easily blocked by the bathroom, not a HUGE issue.

the prices were good, and it saved me the trouble of searching elsewhere. i appreciate that the breakfast options were yummy. i also liked how super clean the bedrooms were. This is a definite plus.
i noticed some party music in the background but the bathrooms seemed to block most of it. it was not too disturbing.

the beautiful king room included nice decor. there was ample space for luggage and moving around and the beds were nicely made daily, so a good job to housekeeping staff.

this hotel is situated on a quieter side of the island, but the busy east side is accessible within a 10 minute bike ride. i found the sunset spots just a short walk away which was really nice.

the staff were always in good spirits, smiling, and ready to help. any needs i had were taken care of promptly. the staff offered help to sort out a bike, which i thought was great.

the swimming pool area was always clean and well-kept. i noticed a designated smoking area near the lobby and this kept other spaces fresh. the hotel offered many activities to do.

I was pretty disappointed. Our "Beautiful King Room" lacked proper maintenance. The shower drain was clogged. Water pooled with every shower. I reported this issue. Nobody seemed to care though (a shrug was all I got). the promised Netflix on the television did not work. It made for some dull evenings.
