I was pretty disappointed. Our "Beautiful King Room" lacked proper maintenance. The shower drain was clogged. Water pooled with every shower. I reported this issue. Nobody seemed to care though (a shrug was all I got). the promised Netflix on the television did not work. It made for some dull evenings.
