The metro station was just across the street. This made traveling simple. grocery stores were also close to the hotel, a very good convenience. my studio sofa bed room was clean and new inside. I found everything i needed.
i found that the room lacked air conditioning.

I found the room relatively clean. It was also well maintained with cupboards, chairs, tables, a television, a toilet, and a shower. I appreciated the little kitchen inside the room. It featured flat or apartment amenities. I also had nice views of the surrounding area and a little balcony because my room was on an upper floor.
The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm. It was uncomfortable during the night since there were just some portable fans.

Breakfast was quite tasty and well prepared. Some restaurants are below a part of the building complex. There is also a big shopping centre and smaller shops surrounding the hotel.

The studio offered a useful kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer. The room included a stove and a fan. The space was clean. I also found a big shopping centre, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.

easy metro accessuseful kitcheninconsistent water temperature
i stayed for a few nights, and the location was great because it was so close to the metro. it made getting around very easy. the room included a stove and refrigerator (i found this quite useful for preparing simple meals).
i found the lack of air conditioning a bit bothersome . the portable fans did little to cool the room. also, the shower's water temperature was sometimes inconsistent, alternating between comfortable and hot.

the staff were polite (they even complimented my basic french). they readily provided toilet paper when i asked, and their breakfast offerings were tasty. i felt welcomed .

the building had a café-restaurant downstairs and a shopping center nearby. the metro was adjacent to the hotel, a bonus. i also appreciated the electric heater in the bathroom for keeping towels fresh.

my room on an upper floor offered views of the surroundings and a small balcony. the room was relatively clean and well-kept. it featured a functional kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
