My stay included convenient transport to the Haram (prayer area). The hotel offered complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby (a nice touch). I appreciated the very clean rooms and the overall maintenance of the hotel. Staff were always available and helpful.
The location was somewhat inconvenient due to ongoing roadworks nearby, requiring a longer walk to the Haram.

I am grateful for the Really good service. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful with luggage, demonstrating genuine kindness. The location is convenient, with taxis readily available to reach key destinations.
The WiFi connectivity was subpar. It disconnected frequently, causing frustration when trying to stay connected. I hope they improve it.

mixed feelings about the location and breakfast
unreliable buslimited breakfast
The location was not ideal because of ongoing roadworks. It took a frustrating 30 minutes to reach haram on foot. dust and inconvenience marked the walk. the bus service offered was unreliable. it was hard to figure out the timing. the breakfast also disappointed. the choices were limited with mainly fried options. there was no coffee, pastries, or fruit available.

The shuttle service to the Haram was acceptable and reliable with minimal waiting time.
The bathroom was EXTREMELY small. There was barely any room to move. Everything in the bathroom was installed too high for shorter people like me. I think I could have found a better hotel for the price I paid.
