the front desk staff were very nice. they were hospitable. they were very helpful with any information. i even got a late checkout free. breakfast was very good and with a large variety of cheese, olives, patisserie, fresh vegetables and honeycomb. (the honeycomb was a lovely touch!). i safety was good in the hotel and in the area. i would definitely stay here again.

the carpet in the room was dirty. room service options were very limited and expensive. the hotel did not allow me to order from outside. the restaurant had the same options as room service.

The brekfast was so great. I was able to eat so many things like, cheese and eggs. The outdoor pool was also a treat. The staff was friendly, so this.

The carpets were super dirty. This was not a nice thing, I expected more for a fancy hotel. I had trouble finding a good place to eat near the hotel. The hotel restaurant had food with no taste. It was super expensive too.
