The hotel location is very close to the Tayrona Park entrance. Each bungalow includes a dip pool cleaned daily. The restaurant and bar provide great views of the jungle. The hotel has direct river access and it features natural rock slides.

Limited furniture exists in rooms, expect few tables for personal items.

This accommodation includes multiple swimming pools with comfortable water temperatures. A short but steep trail climbs the mountain across the river leading to a mirador. The gardens are quiet spaces offering excellent birding opportunities.

The front desk staff organize taxi transport. Luz speaks english fluently. The staff shows friendliness and provides assistance when needed. They gave precise directions to close locations.

The food was very nice. I guess that's something.

I'm not sure this qualifies as a 4-star hotel. the room lacked furniture. No closet space at all. they also don't provide free drinking water in the room. You have to pay extra, can you believe it?

I adored the hotel's location in the forest. The view was fine. staff members are kind, professional, and generous. our room was huge and equipped with everything we needed. tayrona park is only a short, ten-minute walk away.

the electricity failed several times throughout the night. That was inconvenient. also, we didn't have hot water in our room. when we complained, the receptionist said she would come to check, but she didn't arrive.

the hotel boasts a lovely swimming pool set within beautiful grounds. there's also a beautiful infinity pool, alongside a bar and restaurant. i observed a natural swimming pool available near the spa area too.
