great welcomeold furniturestained windowsill
The bar staff provided a great WELCOME.
i found the room pokey for the price , and much of the furniture was quite old and stained. i also thought a cooked breakfast would be available as the hotel is attached to a pub that serves food.

the service was really personal and considerate. the rooms are modern and clean. i found it easy to find the place and the location is great. i could park outside overnight without charge, and that was great cause i arrived in heavy rain.
the front door slammed loudly whenever people came in and out. this was annoying, especially at night.

the hotel has a nice location in town. you can walk to local food and sites. i liked that the hotel was easy to find. overall, the location is convenient for exploring the area.

The rooms featured beautiful decorations and excellent cleanliness. I found a separate entrance to the rooms, so i did not go through the pub. The staff in the downstairs pub presented friendly faces. I appreciated the room's breakfast idea and the late checkout at 11 a.m.
The mattress was not comfortable, because the springs were gone. It was a problem.

I found the staff quite cute and flexible when i wanted to alter my table reservation. They acted quickly to ensure our stay proved comfortable. I really appreciated this attentive approach.

The location was excellent. It was right in the middle of the high street, which gave me great access to various amenities. I enjoyed the convenience of being so central.
