amazing staffpoor maintenancefaulty air conditioners
the staff was amazing, especially the pool supervisor... he were very good for everyone.
poor maintenance plagues the hotel. Rooms seem shabby and outdated. Initial superior rooms were filthy with mold on bed heads. Even after an upgrade, beautiful rooms still had faulty, loud air conditioners that did not work properly.
