Acceptable Stay with a Disappointing Spa Fee

The staff greeted me with warmth upon arrival. They took time to show me the hotel and amenities while someone else handled my luggage.
I found it unacceptable to pay extra for spa access. This fee existed despite the already substantial room rate. It considerably detracted from the overall value of the stay
