Subpar Condition, Some Issues

The location is quite convenient, right on the beach.

I encountered some significant issues . The family room I booked was not well kept. There was a large hole in the wall and mold in the bathroom area. I thought the room was severely overpriced, given its condition and size.

the hotel is right on the beach, so access was easy! i really enjoyed the restaurant and the pool area, both were well kept. the activities offered were fun and provided good entertainment throughout my stay, they had something for everyone.

i noticed some noise from nearby rooms , though it was minor.

the staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted with all my questions promptly and efficiently. i really appreciated how attentive they were and i felt valued as a guest. the service exceeded my expectations!

The service at the bar was subpar. I was asked multiple times to pay for drinks i never ordered. this happened also with a breakfast. i was not even there for it.
