The room felt modern and clean. The café downstairs provided a nice space for work and relaxation (the coffee was excellent). The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage after checking out.
The bathroom had some minor wear, which could be improved with a fresh coat of paint.

the room was spacious enough and the bed was comfy. i found the cafe downstairs lovely, especially the bottom area suited for working. the location worked well, it was in a safe neighbourhood. staff were helpful at front desk
the shower was really tiny and i felt a bit claustrophobic there

The room included towels and toiletries, which i appreciated. there was no air conditioning, so adjusting the temperature was not possible. the bed was comfortable. wifi access was strong.

the location felt safe and was central enough. it was about a 20 minutes walk to the witches market area. the hostel is very walkable and safe. a taxi to catch my overnight bus was booked by the staff.

the staff was lovely. they really helped me with my bookings for experiences i wanted to do around bolivia! the on-site restaurant was also a nice plus. it was convenient to grab a bite to eat and a coffee there.
my room was a bit small. also, the free internet didn't work on my iphone. selina charges extra for the 'coworking' internet and it still wasn't great, so i used data most of the time.
