i enjoyed my stay. the hotel offered a serene environment perfect for relaxation. i liked the weaver birds near the breakfast area and the baby crocodiles (quite a unique sight!). the breakfast had many choices, and the food was delicious.
the pool water was a bit dirty, i saw quite a few flies and some debris.

the room i had was quite spacious and well-kept with a comfortable bed. it had everything i needed for a pleasant stay, the cleanliness was perfect, which i definitely appreciated after a long day.

Breakfast offered many options with excellent quality (especially the eggs cooked by moses!). the variety and freshness of the choices made each morning something i looked forward to. The staff, led by manina, were very attentive.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Dyness and gladys were very good too ensure my comfort. i even got an invitation to a 'meet the hotel guests' night (what a treat!).

faulty air conditioningshower drainage
the room's air conditioning did not function adequately , a significant oversight given the climate. shower drainage was also problematic , causing minor flooding in the bathroom. i found this unacceptable , particularly given the price point. the issues should be addressed to maintain a basic level of comfort.
