wide selection comfortable room old bed interconnected room
The breakfast had a wide selection of food. I saw juice, coffee, pastries, fruit, eggs, bacon, and flapjacks. The bed and linen were great. I also found the room layout comfortable.
I would avoid interconnected rooms if I were to visit again.

attentive staff quality hotel separate occasion
the breakfast was really good the staff were attentive. the hotel quality surprised us we would stay again. a group stayed on three separate occasions as we travelled around the country.

noisy air conditioning non-functioning fan
the breakfast was good at least
the air conditioning was very loud it made sleeping difficult the fan in my room did not work also this added to the discomfort i did not sleep well because of this i expected better for the price

lovely getaway
serene environment baby crocodiles delicious food
i enjoyed my stay. the hotel offered a serene environment perfect for relaxation. i liked the weaver birds near the breakfast area and the baby crocodiles (quite a unique sight!). the breakfast had many choices, and the food was delicious.
the pool water was a bit dirty, i saw quite a few flies and some debris.

the room i had was quite spacious and well-kept with a comfortable bed. it had everything i needed for a pleasant stay, the cleanliness was perfect, which i definitely appreciated after a long day.

Breakfast offered many options with excellent quality (especially the eggs cooked by moses!). the variety and freshness of the choices made each morning something i looked forward to. The staff, led by manina, were very attentive.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Dyness and gladys were great too ensure my comfort. i even got an invitation to a 'meet the hotel guests' night (what a treat!).

faulty air conditioning shower drainage
the room's air conditioning did not function adequately , a significant oversight given the climate. shower drainage was also problematic , causing minor flooding in the bathroom. i found this unacceptable , particularly given the price point. the issues should be addressed to maintain a basic level of comfort.
