i adored the water dispensers are candy jars in the lobby. it felt lovely to wake up and sit on the balcony as i looked out at the mountains. i felt so relaxed, the staff were friendly and helpful. the team provided afternoon tea everyday as a treat.

The location is excellent, offering very close proximity to the village with its various activities. The room was very clean and cleaning occurred every day, which I liked. I had an early departure one morning, and the staff prepared boxes with pastries and fruits for me. Breakfast had many options.

the breakfast had lots of great options. the staff were cute and helpful. they arranged all our evening meals at local restaurants. they also allowed a late checkout because i was leaving mid-afternoon.
the room was freezing. i tried to get reception to help, but i didn't get any assistance. i asked for a late checkout when i booked months ago. i never even got a reply or an option.

the breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
the spa's limited operating hours were disappointing , closing at 8pm and opening at 10am. this made it difficult to use after a day of outdoor activities. i found this schedule inconvenient. the lack of flexibility reduced the value of the spa facilities for me.
