The location was convenient for seeing the city center.
The spa area was not well maintained I noticed no hot water refill. Towels were scattered everywhere this was disappointing. Reaching cleaning and reception via phone was hard.

the staff was helpful. the hotel handled parking the car. the location is convenient, and i could easily walk to historic sites. the room i received was quiet after i requested a change.
the phone lines were difficult to reach for cleaning and reception. a few items were absent from my room. the cleaning was substandard on the second day, and cups were left uncleaned.

the reception staff answered questions well. i especially appreciated mr ahmedi's patience with my inquiries. frau beer made the check-out process very smooth. the bellboys were also kind.

The breakfast had many choices and even some freshly pressed ginger I thought it was excellent.
The cleaning was not done properly one day dirty cups were left and I found an iron on the desk I never used I expected better attention to detail.
