Really good Hospitality and Comfort
onsite parkingfresh milkthoughtful gesture
i found parking available on the hotel and i appreciated that our double room private bathroom 4 was clean. the provided fresh milk for tea was a nice touch and breakfast included a hot menu with many options. the banner and chocolates were a thoughtful gesture recognizing our anniversary.

breakfast options were plentiful and cooked to order i noticed many choices on the hot menu and the food was served piping hot each morning which i found very satisfying.

parking was available at the rear of the hotel a major benefit and i observed that it made access very convenient i did not have to worry about finding public parking nearby .

our double room private bathroom 4 was modern i noted it was spotlessly clean and tidy and the bed provided was very comfortable and i slept well each night due to this.

i discovered parking was available on the hotel and i felt secure. the room included a modern ensuite bathroom with high-quality fittings. i found the breakfast choice wonderful with meals ordered the prior evening. it prepared me well for the day.
the room had an odd smell.

The location near the beach was convenient.
I had an issue with a voucher. I phoned to book an afternoon tea, and was given a single option for the date and time. That date did not work for me , and I was informed that there was no other availability. There was no follow-up when I inquired about future dates.
