historical charm and wonderful hosts!

i stayed three nights and i must say, the location is idyllic! alex and kelly were super cute, they always had a smile. breakfasts were innovative with good quality food. i really enjoyed the quirky history and lovely garden of the building. i also met friendly guests.
The road outside had some noise. It was only a very minor thing though

the garden has bbq facilities. parking is available . there is an honesty bar in the garden, it allows you to enjoy drinks while admiring the views and relaxing in the surroundings.

alex and kelly are amazing hosts, warm and cute. they gave a lot of attention throughout the stay and were really nice. alex and kelly seem to genuinely care about their guests, which makes the stay more special.

breakfast includes lots of choice. i recommend the english breakfast and porridge, they taste delicious. kelly and alex served a delicious breakfast that alex cooked. it all tasted heavenly and satisfied.

the breakfast was delicious , i especially liked the full english option. the hosts , kelly and alex , were very cute and helpful. the house had a lot of character , it felt very special.
the road outside was quite noisy , it sometimes bothered me. the ceilings in the bedrooms were low , i had to watch my head. i found the bar a little limited , it could have had more variety.

i stayed in the superior double room and found it clean. the breakfast included high quality produce. the staff offered as much coffee AS i wanted. the local pub was a short walk away and i enjoyed the moroccan lamb.

The breakfast was good. It had fresh coffee and juice. The bed was comfortable. It gave a nice view of the garden.
The road outside was very noisy. I felt this room was not really suitable for a double. The room have a sloping roof for most of it.

a charming house

The house is steeped in history and full of character. i had a lovely view onto the garden from my room. the breakfast was great with fresh coffee and orange juice. there was such a choice and it was served in the breakfast room, that looks out onto the garden. It is very light and airy.
the road outside was very noisy. however, the charm of the place made up for it, it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has an excellent position, located close to main attractions. a bus stop is directly opposite the house. It takes approximately 5 minutes into rye. winchelsea has a local pub, serving good ale and food.

the room we had was quaint and very clean. there was a lovely hot and powerful shower, and fluffy towels were provided. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fitted with a modern shower and bath.

the hosts are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. alex and kelly are very passionate about the house, and the restoration they've undertaken, is amazing. kelly took time to answer many questions.
