great central stay
welcome pack vegan chocolate train station
they provided a thoughtful welcome pack with coffee. the water kettle was very useful, i did appreciate the vegan chocolate and popcorn. the hotel is close to the train station, which helped a lot.
the air conditioning didn't work well. it was hard to sleep due to the room temperature. i did inform the staff but got no resolution.

the hotel location is central, its also super close to public transport. it made exploring really easy and convenient. the proximity to the station was great for getting around.

my room were very clean when i arrived. the bed was very comfortable, it had all the basic amenities needed. i found the room to be surprisingly quiet too.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was spacious with amenities. location was convenient, near chinatown. breakfast included fresh bread prepared in the morning. i found these aspects very enjoyable.
the air conditioning was not cooling properly. the parking access was also very narrow. it was challenging to avoid damage to the car.

moldy shower dusty surfaces
The location was fine as it was near the train station.
The room wasn't very clean. I notice dust was all over the surfaces and the toilet wasn't cleaned well. The shower also had mold, it.

The location is convenient since it is right beside a major train station. I found many spaces to study or work in the hotel.
