The front desk accused me of smoking because they found cigarette butts in the trash can. I do not smoke. they wanted to fine me $200 for something i did not do. the shower also had very low water pressure. This made it difficult to wash properly.

The breakfast buffet was a plus with various choices, including fruits and cereals. i also found the staff to be very friendly. They even contacted me when i unknowingly dropped some money.

amazing artcomfortable roomgood coffeebuffet choices
The hotel showcases a amazing art collection. I seemed like I was in a gallery. Staff helped arrange airport transport. My room was nice and neat. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the coffee was realy good.
I did have to pay for coffee pods for the machine in my room.

The front desk staff assisted with car rentals for three days. Airport pickup and drop-off services were well-organized by the hotel. Staff members speaks fluent English.

Air-conditioning in the room worked very good. The art inside the room was very beautiful. Bedding was comfortable. My room was spacious.

The rooftop pool provided nice views. I saw a gym at the hotel. There is an Italian restaurant located very near the hotel. I saw a huge fig tree at the entrance.

The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants. The staff members, Efrem and Alex, provided great assistance. Breakfast and parking were included. The hotel's art gallery showcased local artists, a unique feature.
The gym was a bit small and only featured basic equipment , limiting workout options.

Reception service provided quick responses and clear information. The restaurant staff were attentive to special requests and maintained a clean environment for all diners. They readily offered assistance to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A mini-fridge, microwave ,and coffee maker were present in the room. Blackout curtains ensured a dark environment at night to promote better rest.
