unclear explanationsbroken deposit box
i had a few issues. the cancellation policy wasn't honored. i had contacted them within the free period, but they still charged me for a night i didn't use. also, i received a suspicious whatsapp message asking me to confirm my reservation via a link, made me uneasy about my data security. the bathtub had separate hot and cold faucets. the safety deposit box was broken and unusable.

i could not get a second key and there was no clear explanation given, furthermore it was noisy at night maybe from a nightclub nearby.

the staff provided helpful tips about local activities. the dining hall was spacious and the breakfast was good. i found a pool on site. it looked nice from the inside.
i noticed water spilled onto the bathroom floor during showers due to shower design.
