Excellent stay at the resort base!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is at the slopes' base and near the resort village. I found good options for food, drinks, ski and snowboarding rentals, and retail shops. The wine and cheese in the evening was a nice touch. A full coffee bar with good coffee and numerous teas was available. a coffee machine and coffee were in the room.
The location and view from my room was awful. I had no mountain view and was low to the ground near the pool. There was constant screaming from children. The balcony had only one chair. I feel like there wasn't much reason to sit outside anyway, given the noise and lack of view.

A full coffee bar offered coffee and numerous teas. A coffee machine with coffee was also in the room for personal use. The on-site restaurant provided excellent meals and service . I enjoyed the variety of options.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are also well-appointed. It was great to have a kitchenette that was well-supplied. A separate mudroom and laundry room provided convenience. Tall ceilings and ample windows made the rooms bright.

the location was good AND the room included a nice view of the mountain and gondola.
i encountered an issue because my reservation did not show up in their system and check-in took longer than normal. they did give me a better room as compensation, but it was still an INCONVENIENCE.

charming mountain stay!

the suite was spacious with high ceilings, fantastic! miele appliances were in the kitchen. comfortable seating was available, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel provided a coffee station at reception, and this offered very good coffee.
i did experience a slight hiccup. i found that the hotel could benefit from improved signage. navigating the facility felt a bit maze-like, and i noticed that several other guests also seemed disoriented.

Finding a parking spot was a nightmare. The garage was open to everyone, but there were no spaces. then, i found old, dried urine on the toilet lid! on top of that, there was a piece of chocolate on the carpet. i dont know why there was an sofa listed, it was so small you can't even sleep on it.
