i appreciated the friendly staff. the room was clean upon arrival and maintained well daily. the location was superb, very close to the train station, which simplified travel. i found the self-service coffee facilities quite convenient.

the room was spacious and had what i needed the bathroom was stocked the shower was easy to use the beds were super clean and cozy with great pillows i slept very well because the room was quiet and had blackout curtains. the location was great close to central station and the light rail i could easily walk to moore park. the staff was friendly and cute which i appreciated i will return.

misleading informationparking problems
my stay wasn't terrible, but i did encounter a few issues. the phone information beforehand was misleading. it created some significant parking problems. clear information initially would have.

Hotel Rocked My Socks!

The hotel location rules! It was super easy for transport into town plus to the airport. I love the 4 min walk to Central station. The room had all I needed, like a comfy bed. a good shower. There was 24/7 coffee in reception, that was cool. I was delighted to find pastries in the morning, also cereal bars and fruit. The staff are friendly plus helpful, I tell you.
The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by just a sliding glass door and curtains. More privacy would be great.

The room was very clean and well kept. it had modern decor. I loved how spacious it was and really appreciated the comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. The room also had a small desk plus chair.

The staff was helpful and accommodating from start to finish. They helped me with directions. The reception area was always tidy and the staff was quick to address all my needs. I will definitely come back next time.
