the location was acceptable , just a short walk to the masjid nabawi.

the room was too small for a family , there was very little space. also , the washroom felt cramped. room service seemed slow , it took a while to get assistance.

the hotel is located close to gate 320, it makes getting to the masjid easier. the staff is helpful i feel. they are friendly too.

the room we stayed in was small for four people, not much space for prayer. the bathroom light was acting up i think because of a faulty sensor.

i found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the haram. the staff were always ready to help and quite friendly. mr thuhin from housekeeping ensured our room was clean (i appreciate that!).

the gym equipment could use some updating.

the hotel is very close to the haram's western gates. it is within a comfortable walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. taxi services are readily available outside the hotel.

check-in was quick, and the staff provided helpful information about the area. housekeeping staff maintained the rooms well daily. the reception provided prompt assistance with requests, so i was pleased.
