The staff showed warmth. i particularly appreciated the welcome i received. the room service was prompt. My requests were addressed quickly. the hotel offered a very peaceful experience.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated. it lacked modern machines. there was limited variety. the breakfast buffet was quite crowded at peak hours. i sometimes struggled to find an available table and the noise level was high.
