efficient service weight machines
I loved the room service. It was prompt and efficient. they delivered everything i requested within minutes. the fitness center had a good range of equipment including three treadmills, and several weight machines.
the in-room coffee machine was a bit difficult to operate. it was not very intuitive.

I really enjoyed the Capital Kitchen. The food had a balanced taste and a wide variety. I was travelling with my baby and I asked for baby food. Amit organised khichadi and curd rice for the baby. Amit was very helpful. The hotel has lush green surroundings. It is in a great location.
I was given a queen bed, though I asked for a king bed. The washroom was also a huge disappointment. I was surprised the bathing area lacked a hand shower. I was highly disappointed.

Solid stay, needs small fixes
smooth check in pool view forest view garland exchange
We enjoyed our anniversary at this grand hotel. Ms Bhavna made our check in smooth. She gave us a room with pool and forest views. Shikha and her team arranged a special garland exchange and cake.
The hotel's rooms did not meet expectations, and the breakfast staff seemed unprepared. The promised amenities were missing. This detracted from the value of our stay, and the breakfast management was inconvenient.

peaceful experience prompt service warm staff dated equipment limited variety crowded buffet
The staff showed warmth. i particularly appreciated the welcome i received. the room service was prompt. My requests were addressed quickly. the hotel offered a very peaceful experience.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated. it lacked modern machines. there was limited variety. the breakfast buffet was quite crowded at peak hours. i sometimes struggled to find an available table and the noise level was high.
