The location provided convenient access. The staff was friendly and they arranged my airport transfer. Breakfast met expectations and the accommodations were reasonable.
The hotel operator was intrusive, and did not address issues. The room was not cleaned . I requested new towels and toilet paper repeatedly. The bed was only half made. The provided towels had stains.

excellent service and central location
caring staff great location nearby restaurants
i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. the staff's behaviour was very caring, and i was impressed by their hospitality. i found the location to be great for accessing the museum and park. there were also lots of restaurants nearby.
the room i stayed in felt smaller than it looked in the pictures. i also found the hotel quite dark, as much of it was kept closed.

the hotel is very well situated, offering easy access to several important city attractions. you can reach most of the major points of interest with a short walk, very convenient. it provides a tranquil setting despite the street noise.

the breakfast was great! i preferred the rice and curry with eggs over the style of english breakfast. the hosts were happy to adjust and offer a local breakfast option, a pleasant experience!!!
