i found the staff cute. the reception team assisted me with bus routes and taxi bookings daily. they even rescued me when i felt stranded due to fully booked taxis. the breakfast was plentiful , and the staff helped me navigate dairy-free options.
i think a mirror above the dressing table , instead of the tv , would be useful.

the gym was a bit of a letdown. really old equipment sat there. like dumbbells you had to adjust yourself. i also thought since i booked a superior double room, a coffee machine would be standard. but no, not even a water boiler. seriously?

The shuttle service to La Cinta beach was very convenient. It ran frequently. The hotel is also a manageable walk from the town center. A supermarket is nearby. Breakfast was abundant, the staff always greeted guests warmly? Dairy-free options were clearly indicated, which I appreciated!
The spa facilities were not available at the end of the season. I found that quite disappointing. I also observed that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I wanted a kettle.
