i stayed for three nights here and found the parking very convenient there was always ample room and i noted security cameras were monitored at reception. the staff were very friendly and professional i saw them being attentive to all guests. the outside bar area with seating offered great views of the river.

the room decor looked a little dated it could use some updating in the near future

there is a lovely bar onsite with a good selection of drinks i saw guests enjoying the outdoor seating with river views. a fully stocked asda supermarket is a short walk from the hotel at the fuel station.

the staff are professional and friendly and available 24 hours a day i appreciated their attentiveness. several staff members were particularly helpful including lilly trish debbie wendy nadia lydia olya francisgarshin rayu and conor.

the hotel faces the thames offering nice walks nearby and the boat cruise dock is a short walk away. a children's play area and breakfast hut are a five minute walk to the left. windsor castle and legoland are both about a ten minute drive.

The staff exhibited commendable friendliness .

The absence of a lift presented a significant inconvenience as I had to transport my luggage up several flights of stairs. the room cleaning was substandard, I observed several areas that required more thorough attention.

the receptionist greeted me well and addressed my requests with efficiency.

The room lacked a mini fridge and the kettle looked old, this was disappointing. the carpets throughout the building looked dirty. That was quite off-putting. i think the hotel needs to invest in updating some of its facilities.
