The bar area had a lovely ambiance. the rooms were very clean and well-kept. i appreciated the excellent breakfast service. There were many choices. i look forward to returning for another peaceful retreat.

the bed in my room was quite firm and uncomfortable. i struggled to get a restful sleep.

hard beds car damage

the room was very clean on arrival, which i appreciated.

the bed was shockingly hard!!! pillows seemed like bricks. after leaving, i discovered my car had been scraped, costing me money to repair it. not a great end to the stay.

The beautiful double room offered generous space and beautiful decor. toiletries were a thoughtful touch. bar food impressed me greatly. The quality was really nice. i loved the lovely garden.

the mattress proved too firm for my liking, impacting my sleep quality. it's a detail i hope they address .

i found the room to be very well-appointed with a high standard of finish i particularly enjoyed the home-cooked food available at the pub restaurant it was delicious the steak pie stood out as an really good choice among the options the staff were friendly and accommodating during my entire stay

i noticed the breakfast options were limited there were no skimmed or semi-skimmed milk options available. the absence of cereal or healthy fruit choices was a slight disappointment.

limited breakfast slow service

I found the breakfast quite limited. there was no skimmed milk available, and i did not see a lot of healthy fruit options. the staff near our table were discussing their work issues. It was difficult to get their attention when needed. i waited a while for my breakfast after i ordered it, frustrating.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good range of options and tasted great. my room was clean and well-kept with a comfortable bed. i appreciated the on-site parking. It was very convenient.

the wifi signal was a little weak in my room, but it wasn't a major issue.
