poor soundproofing untrained staff
I found the soundproofing in the rooms really lacking. it was impossible to sleep well when i could hear everything happening outside. also, i noticed some of the staff seemed undertrained. They was confused and unsure when i had requests or questions. this impacted my ability to fully relax and enjoy my stay. there was a constant feeling of disruption.

rainfall shower buffet option
The room was a Premium Ocean View King Room. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. THE breakfast had many buffet options.
The hotel's drink service was inconsistent though the pool team was very earnest

the breakfast provided a large selection . public rooms, washrooms, rooms, and outdoor areas were very clean. the beach was cleared of rubbish with great care. i found the staff at reception and customer relations to be friendly.

the staff handle difficult situations professionally. the team is very friendly and accommodating. the gardeners work hard to keep the grounds pristine. security is present and visible.

the hotel is well-positioned on a beautiful beach. the setting includes trees lining the swimming pools and path to the beach. the beach is kept clean. it is an really good spot.

the rooms reflect a pleasant style and are equipped with everything needed. housekeeping fulfilled all extra requests promptly. i received a thinner duvet and a neck pillow. softer mattresses were provided.

the breakfast offers a wide variety for many countries. this included opportunities to learn about vietnamese cuisine. all public areas are very clean. the hotel stands out among others in indochina.
